Sunday Funday + Downtown Tacoma Block Party at Steel Creek

The Downtown Tacoma Partnership is throwing a block party—and local country sensation Antwane Tyler is headlining the main stage from 6–7PM. (Between 9th an 11th on Broadway)

We’re breaking our Sunday routine for a one-day-only summer takeover—an unofficial beer garden extension of the Downtown Tacoma Block Party. Think sunshine, ice-cold drinks, great food, and all the Steel Creek vibes you love.

Whether you’re pre-funking before his set or keeping the party going after, Steel Creek is your home base just steps from the action. We'll be teaching a special line dance lesson from 2–3PM in front of the main stage, so come early and learn some moves before the crowd rolls in!

From 1PM to 9PM, our patio will be bumpin’ with DJ Fraze, the bar will be fully stocked, and the party will be in full swing.

Cool off with a cocktail, chill in the shade, or jump on the mechanical bull. After that, we’ll have open dancing inside—and we’re teaching another line dance lesson at 7PM back at Steel Creek for anyone who missed the earlier session or just wants to dance some more.
