This applies to GA, Select, Premium and VIP tickets. Some upgraded ticket sections include access to tables and stools, but seating is limited and available first come, first served unless specifically stated otherwise in the ticket description.

Yes. A limited number of GA dining tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

GA tables are intended for guests using table service and are subject to a $25 per person food & beverage minimum.

Tables fill very quickly on concert nights, and guests who want a table are strongly encouraged to arrive early.

Standard GA dining tables cannot be reserved or held in advance. They are first come, first served.

Groups of 8 or more may contact Steel Creek in advance to inquire about renting a larger table. Group table reservations are subject to availability and require a separate table rental fee plus the $25 per person food & beverage minimum.

The table rental fee varies by concert and is quoted when the rental is arranged.

After completing ID check and concert ticket check-in, see the host and request a dining table.

Please do not self-seat. Tables are managed by the host based on availability and party size.

Yes. Tables are assigned based on the number of guests present at the time of seating.

If other members of your party are already onsite and simply waiting to complete ticket check-in, we can generally accommodate them as part of your party.

We cannot assign a larger table to hold seats for guests who have not yet arrived.

When multiple appropriately sized tables are available, you may choose among those options.

Tables are assigned according to party size. Smaller parties may be seated at a larger table when smaller tables are no longer available, but Steel Creek reserves the right to utilize unused seating capacity.

GA dining tables have a $25 per person food & beverage minimum.

The minimum is calculated based on the number of applicable guests occupying the table and can be satisfied through food, alcoholic beverages or nonalcoholic beverages.

Tax and gratuity do not count toward the minimum.

Food and beverages ordered through your table's assigned server count toward the minimum.

Purchases made separately at the bar do not count toward your table minimum.

If you have a table, please place qualifying food and beverage orders through your assigned server.

If qualifying food and beverage purchases are below the required minimum when the check is closed, the difference will be added to the check.

For example, if your table has a $100 minimum and has $82 in qualifying purchases, the remaining $18 will be charged and shown as a “Minimum Purchase Adjustment” on your receipt.

Select, Premium and VIP ticket holders are exempt from the $25 GA table minimum because they have already purchased an elevated ticket experience.

However, GA tables remain table-service dining tables. If an upgraded ticket holder chooses to use a GA table, they must order from the regular concert menu through the assigned server.

Complimentary buffet food included with an upgraded ticket does not, by itself, qualify a guest to occupy a GA dining table.

Yes. Once properly seated, your table is yours for the duration of the concert as long as it remains in use.

You are welcome to get up, stand for the performance, dance, visit the bar, use the restroom or move around the venue. You do not have to remain physically seated at your table.

If your entire party leaves the venue, however, someone from the party should remain in communication with the server. A completely abandoned table may be cleared and reassigned.

If you're finished with your table before the concert ends, please let your server know so we can make it available to another dining party.

To accommodate as many dining guests as possible, Steel Creek reserves the right to utilize unused seating at larger tables when appropriate.

If separate parties share a larger table, each party maintains its own check and applicable minimum.

Yes. Guests without a table may order food directly from the bar.

When ordering food from the bar, you are responsible for returning to the bar to check on and collect your order. Bartenders cannot leave the bar to locate guests and deliver food.

No. GA tables are provided for dining and table service and are not sold or assigned based on concert sightlines.

Premium viewing may vary depending on each table.

Steel Creek concerts are an active, standing concert environment, and we encourage guests to get up and enjoy the show. Guests may stand in front of seated areas throughout the performance.

Having a table or seat does not guarantee an unobstructed seated view of the stage.

Guests seated at GA tables may remain at their tables if they are staying for Steel Creek's regular late-night party.

Tables and seating located within Select, Premium and VIP concert sections are removed immediately following the concert because those areas transition back into dance-floor space for late-night dancing.
